No-Show Policy

At Sleek Salon, we value your time—and ours. To keep things fair for all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we enforce a strict No-Show Policy.

No-Show Fees

1st No-Show: A $25 fee will be charged. This must be paid before booking your next appointment.

2nd No-Show: A $50 fee will apply. Future appointments must be prepaid in full.

3rd No-Show: You will be charged 100% of the service price, and future booking privileges may be suspended or denied.

Important Notes:

Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if you do not show.

We understand things come up, so please communicate with us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Respecting our policy helps keep Sleek Salon running smoothly and professionally for everyone.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

If you are 15 minutes late or more, it may be considered a No-Show and subject to the No-Show fee.

Repeated lateness may require prepayment for future bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may result in being charged up to 50% of the service price, at the salon’s discretion.

Why This Matters:

Late arrivals and last-minute cancellations disrupt our schedule and take time away from other clients. Please plan ahead and communicate with us as early as possible if your plans change.
